We are in the new place. There were many glitches with the move, starting with the Uhaul, then the Vancouver side movers that I found on Craigslist bailed on us. Luckily, Kai, Margot and Nick were able to come over at the last minute and help us out. Our couch didn't fit through the front hall, the arms and back were too wide. We were able to give it away for free on Craiglist and in two weeks our new one will arrive. I've wanted a new couch since we lived in east Vanouver. So I wasn't too upset that we had to buy a new one. It was on the list but a bit ahead of schedule. We get Internet on Friday which will be nice.

We have been unpacking and checking out the neighbourhood. Sacha got to see his new preschool and we found out that Alice has a daycare spot by the end of the month at the same location which is so handy.
