Surprise

On Thursday while I was at work, I had made plans to go see Brooke while she is in town.  And out of habit, I texted Andrew to say I would be hanging out with her that evening.  It was lucky that I did too, because unbeknownst to me, he had planned a surprise date night for us with Mum as our babysitter.  I felt bad that I had to cancel my plans with Brooke about 5 minutes after making them but it was such a nice surprise and not the most simple plan to pull off, due to ferries and work and looking after the kids.  We went out to dinner and then to a comedy show at The Comedy Mix.  We both really enjoy comedy shows, they are a lot of fun, even if it is amateur night (this was professionals) and they are about the same price as a movie. 

We had a bit of time in between dinner and the show so we had fun taking pictures of the lights on St. Paul’s Hospital with our camera phones.  Which must have been pretty funny to watch us do.
